Our Managing Trustee, Tessie Musalia celebrated her birthday by paying a visit to Githwariga Primary School followed by Nyeri Referral Hospital where an assortment of educational materials & hygiene products were donated to the school and an incubator, a vaccine box & wheelchair to the hospital. A big thank you to the team that accompanied & supported her on this trip and too for the warm welcome accorded her by the school and hospital administrators respectively. Coincidentally Tessie’s birth town is Nyeri Town.
Our Managing Trustee, Tessie Musalia, visited New Life Home in Nyeri Town & Purity Elderly & Care Foundation in Mweiga (both within Nyeri County).
“That MOH is now offering some health services to NLH free of any charge is an indication the government appreciates NLH’s contribution to society,” said Mrs. Tessie.
New Life Home rescues, cares & places babies where appropriate into residential or community care programmes designed to cater for their holistic needs while the latter – Purity Elderly & Care Foundation, caters for the elderly by providing shelter & food.
Thank you friends of MMFTF for your kind consideration.
